About Vishal Junner CHS

Overview

Vishal Junnar Cooperative Housing Society was established in the year 1997.

The idea began with a group of hardworking individuals, living in modest chawls, who dreamed of owning homes of their own. What started as a simple thought turned into reality with the right guidance and determination.

The journey ahead was challenging — filled with obstacles, hard work, and even moments of discouragement. Yet, the dream and determination were far greater than the hardships.

With perseverance and collective effort, the Vishal Junnar Cooperative Housing Society came into existence. Despite numerous difficulties and setbacks, the society was successfully formed through unwavering dedication and unity.

The society began with 23 founding members.

In the year 2003, the construction of the building was completed, and on the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami, the newly built homes were proudly handed over to all members.
